1. What is PoomaFinds?

PoomaFinds is an online store dedicated to carefully selected pet essentials and accessories. We offer high-quality products to keep your pets happy, comfortable, and entertained.

2. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the payment instructions to complete your purchase. We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all our products. Exception made to the Custom Treats Collection, where some products might have a shipping fee. 

Note: Please make sure you enter a valid address and terminate your checkout proccess in order for the Free Shipping fee to apply.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping times  vary based on location. A confirmation of an ETA for the item will be given to you as soon as possible, after your order.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

6. What is your return policy?

We usually do not accept refunds. Exceptions made when there are clear indications of the product being defected from origin. Additionally, the request has to be done with photographic evidence and within 15 days of package acceptance. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
